Take a tour of Carlo Calma’s latest conceptual vision, Lava Rock in Cavite
Hi,
Many of us have been raving about Asador Alfonso lately, chef Chele Gonzalez’s latest culinary gem. But our gastronomic journey also led us to figure out the intricacies of its location, Lava Rock.
A short two-hour drive from Metro Manila, nestled in the farmlands of Cavite, sits Carlo Calma’s latest creation. The sprawling 9.4-hectare property houses the modern farmhouse, a breathtaking structure that’s equally curved and angular, stylish and functional, private and public. The Lava Rock is a unique and creative celebration of agricultural life, taking inspiration from the volcanic landscape of Cavite.
