Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad just got a whole lot cooler!

If you love chicken salad and avocados, then you are going to go ga-ga for this recipe. After my first bite , I had an OMG moment. How can this taste THIS GOOD and be HEALTHY!

To make this recipe even more awesome, I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain Greek Yogurt. This plus the creamy chunks of avocado really do take this recipe up a notch. Double bonus…. my daughters also loved it 🙂 So next time you are thinking about whipping up some chicken salad, please do yourself a favor and give this amazing recipe a try.

  4. I always use avocado in my chicken salad! I actually use it in lieu of mayo or yogurt to bind it together. Your recipe looks and sounds delicious. I’ll have to try it!
