It’s a drinking game. You say something you have never done. Those that have done it take a drink.
So, I could say “never have I eaten a pot noodle” and all the people that have, drink. Thevpoin5 is to get everyone else drunk and be the last person standing.
But … they never play it properly. They just say stuff they HAVE done and take a drink themselves
